We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your shared hosting service, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to eligible hosting plans and does not cover renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through the Client Area or by contacting our support team within the applicable refund period. Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, software licenses, setup fees, and other third-party services are non-refundable once they have been provisioned or registered.

Product Services
Hosting Americano provides web hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, business email, website security, backups, and related online services. Cancellation of a service stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless the service is covered by our refund guarantee and all eligibility requirements are met. .
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Any applicable transaction fees, domain registration costs, or third-party service charges may be deducted when permitted under our Terms of Service. Services that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

If the TOS/AUP agreed upon when ordering is violated this voids your eligibility for the 30 day money back guarantee. Hosting Americano LLC reserves the right to deny the refund if we feel abuse of services has occurred.
